No, Kelly Hughes will assign you to a “carpool group.” At the airport, please meet and ride with the individuals assigned to your “carpool group” to arrange for a ride share (Uber, Lyft) or taxi to take you to The Westin Nashville.

Tuesday evening: For the pre-conference welcome dinner at Martin’s BBQ, the dress code is appropriate casual.
Wednesday: During the daily conference sessions, the dress code in business attire. For our evening event with our sponsors at Category 10, the dress code is appropriate casual. We will be on the rooftop, and it can get chilly in the evenings on the river.
Thursday: During the conference sessions, the dress code is business attire. For our evening dinner and awards event, the dress code is cocktail attire.

Employees will be responsible for making their own meal arrangements during travel on Tuesday and Friday. Please stick to LCOR's reimbursement budget for out-of-town meals, limiting to $75/per person/per day.
Dinner will be provided during our pre-conference welcome event. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner will also be included for all attendees on conference days (Wednesday and Thursday). Any purchases made outside of these meals are the responsibility of the employee.

On Tuesday evening, there will be a pre-conference welcome dinner at Martin’s BBQ at 6pm. Martin’s BBQ is located at 410 4th Avenue S, Nashville, TN - a short 10-minute walk from the hotel.
On Wednesday evening, there will be an exclusive event with our sponsors on the rooftop of Category 10 at 6pm. Category 10 is located at 120 2nd Avenue North, Nashville, TN – approximately a 15-minute walk from the hotel.
On Thursday evening, our annual awards dinner will be held at ABA Nashville at 6:30pm. ABA Nashville is located at 435 Houston Street, Nashville, TN. Team members will need to carpool together in ride shares to the restaurant. We encourage you to travel with your previously assigned “carpool groups.”
Any additional travel, purchases, or activities done before/after any of these events are the responsibility of the employee.
